The color is genuinely striking—that deep red-purple shifts beautifully in different light, and the plain weave lets the fabric's natural texture do all the talking. It feels substantial yet drapes well, and I keep finding excuses to look at it.
The weave is so tight and even that the fabric almost feels like it has a subtle sheen when the light hits it, and the purple is deep enough to look almost black in shadows. I keep running my hand over it just to enjoy the texture, it's that satisfying.
The colour is exactly that red-toned deep purple I was after, and the plain finish makes the fabric's texture feel almost velvety to the touch. It drapes beautifully in my living room without stealing attention from the furniture.
