This green is exactly the deep woodland shade I wanted for a new set of curtains, and the fabric hangs with such a nice weight. It’s seriously soft, but still feels durable enough to sew with easily, which was a pleasant surprise for a 100% hemp material.
I’ve been sewing with this hemp for a week now, and the hand-feel is genuinely surprising—it’s soft like a worn linen but with that sturdy, natural drape you expect from hemp. The deep green is so rich it makes my living room curtains look like they belong in a forest cottage.
The color is exactly the deep forest green I was hoping for, and the fabric's softness genuinely surprised me—it drapes beautifully without any of that rough stiffness you'd expect from hemp. I've already got plans to make a summer blouse and maybe a second one if there's enough left.
